Self care, self harm, sometimes looks the same to the person in the middle. Often viewed as a horror from the outside, from the inside it's a steam release valve. Those in need often are overlooked. Don't overlook, don't sit quiet, speak up for that help. Let the words become the release. 
 
This ceramic sculpture on wood base is 10x8x8 and was created for my 2023 solo show "Trigger Warning"
